Haryana Government has made calculation of stamp duty rates more accessible and accurate by launching the Jamabandi web portal. The procedure for calculating stamp duty rates is given below.

  1. Visit Jamabandi portal Go to Jamabandi.nic.in portal. Look for Property Registration in the menu bar.
  2. Select ‘Stamp Duty Calculator’ From the dropdown menu, select ‘Stamp Duty Calculator’.
  3. Stamp Duty Calculator for Sale Deed You will be redirected to a new page where you have to fill in certain details like transactional value, municipality limit and gender. Once done, hit ‘Calculate’ to check stamp duty charges.
